To register or make an installment payment for the Master Money: Create a Sustainable Financial Plan workshop, begin by filling out the following form.  If you are coming as a couple, please fill out and submit the form once for each person (after submitting, you will be redirected to a page which has a link back to this form); in this case, enter the same payment amount both times you fill it out.  If your address is in a country other than the U.S., please enter your postal code in the Zip field, and if you have no state or province enter "None" in the State field.

It's a good idea to register as soon as possible, as space is limited.

Please note that any two people may register as a couple, in order to take advantage of the price break. It is not necessary that you have a pre-existing relationship to do this.

If you have already registered for the workshop and wish to make an installment payment, you only need to fill out the form once (even if you are registered as a couple).  You may elect to pay any amount up to your remaining balance; you may also pay in as many installments as you like before the date of the workshop.  For information on your remaining balance, please contact us.

If you would like to make a single payment transaction for more than one party (individuals or couples), please fill out the form once for each person (you may enter information in the Comments field about what amount is to be credited to each person or couple).

After filling out this form, you will receive further directions for making a payment transaction.  You may pay by check, from your own PayPal account or by credit card (no PayPal account is necessary for this option).  IMPORTANT:  Please note that if you make your final payment when checking in at the workshop, check or cash only can be accepted; any balance paid by credit card must be done online before the date of the workshop.
